## Tasks

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by phone and/or chat, addressing account management, and billing issues, and providing support with content and basic site and app navigation.

You will offer accurate and real-time responses to customer requests, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any inquiries related to their orders or refunds.

## Requirements

**Languages we are looking for Native or C1/C2 level:** 

*   Swedish
*   Danish
*   Finnish
*   Norwegian
*   Dutch
*   German
*   Italian
*   Spanish

 _You must be native or C2 level in one of the languages mentioned above and have an English level of B2/C1. This requirement is mandatory!_

Valid EU Passport

## Benefits

*   Salary: 1.100 to 1.300 gross per month x 14 (2 extra salaries per year). 
*   Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 250 in gross monthly bonus based on project performance.
*   Office Location: Work from home anywhere in Greece, including the picturesque Greek islands.
*   Schedule: Enjoy a 40-hour workweek with 8-hour rotating shifts, allowing for a good work-life balance.
*   Holiday: You will have 22 days of paid holidays per year.
*   Contract length: Initially, a 6-12 month contract that can be extended.
*   Health insurance.
*   Relocation Package to Greece.
