Bachelor or Master Thesis in AI / LLM (f,m,x)

We work on practical and challenging AI problems. We are looking for motivated students who want to write their Bachelor/Master thesis with us.

• Conduct research on training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs)
• Support data preparation and cleaning as part of thesis work in AI projects
• Investigate synthetic data generation for improving model performance
• Explore methods for developing AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems

• Enrolled in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field and eligible to write a thesis
• Solid programming skills (Python required, Rust a plus)
• Understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with supervisors
• Strong interest in LLM and applied AI research topics

• Thesis supervision with hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI systems
• Flexible arrangements to match your study requirements
• Close collaboration with AI researchers and engineers during your thesis work
• Possibility to publish thesis results as a research paper (depending on the project outcome)
