We're a mission-driven team rethinking how people treat their skin health. You'll be working on engagement, retention & lifecycle marketing at System Akvile. You're in charge of experimentation using best-in-class marketing tools. You'll be a key builder of user journeys. This is a hands-on role for somebody who thrives when their results are highly quantifiable and visible to the whole team. This position is based in our office in Hamburg.
Tasks
- You'll be the first hire on the growth team, managing experiments in all of our channels, from landing pages to lifecycle campaigns.
- You'll be making data driven decisions, digging into product, app & content analytics to size opportunities for future tests.
- You'll be taking over email and paid media campaigns, leading the execution and using our systems to improve engagement across all touch points.
- Create and update a data dictionary, always documenting with the most current state of operations.
- Within the first 6 months, you'll become The Expert on growth marketing at System Akvile.
Requirements

- You have some hands-on experience of running marketing or product experiments: can be within CRM, acquisition, landing pages, product experiences, or any funnel.
- You've got a history of teaching yourself things without a lot of help. People ask you "where did you learn all of this?" all the time.
- You've built reports and shared experiment insights with other teams who can learn from your results.
- You're the most entrepreneurial person in any room and love to figure out things that nobody else has cracked before.
- You know how to do more with less: we are a lean team. We'll help you sort through strategic questions, but you can handle the details on your own.
- We'll ask you to map the user journey, so please be prepared.
