We are hiring multiple ServiceNow professionals across various modules with 5- 10 years of experience to work on enterprise implementations, integrations, and digital transformation programs.
Workplace: Hybrid / Onsite (Role-specific)
Locations: Bangalore / Kolkata / PAN India

Tasks
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules and applications
- Work on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, Telecom, Automation, or Architect roles based on expertise
- Design and implement workflows, flows, scripts, and catalog items
- Build integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server
- Ensure CMDB accuracy, CSDM alignment, and platform best practices
- Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, and production support
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 4–10 years of ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules
- JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Workflows
- ITIL process knowledge
- Experience with Integration Hub, APIs, CMDB, Discovery (role-specific)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory for most roles)
- CIS / CAD / ITIL certifications – good to have
