Working Student - Robotics and Computer Vision (Hardware/Prototyping) (f/m/d)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with expertise in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D model assembly. We're looking for someone who is not only proficient in these areas but also enthusiastic about working with 3D printing tools.

In addition to CAD and 3D modeling, this role will involve the hands-on construction of hardware prototypes, potentially incorporating work with electrical and electronic components. A DIY approach and mindset are prerequisites for success in this position.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a passion for mechatronics and a willingness to explore electronics and software programming in the future.

Please note that remote work is not an option for this position. As part of our young and dynamic team, you will collaborate with other developers to transform innovative ideas into production-ready solutions across a wide spectrum of industrial and research use cases.

• Support ongoing robotic and AI developers with building new prototypes for various application
• Work with CAD designs and modeling.
• Maintenance of 3D printer
• Research on cutting-edge topics in the field of AI/Computer Vision.

• Ongoing studies in the field of Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics.
• Currently living in and around Hamburg
• You have the nature of asking your fundamental questions for a given problem statement.
• Good commanding skills with CAD software such as Fusion 360 or Inventor
• Basics knowledge of programming in Python.
• Motivated to work with DIY projects.
• Independent and responsible as well as a high degree of motivation and communication skills.
• Very good communication skills in English.
