Job description

Are you completing, or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in the field of Human Resources, Psychology or similar? And are you looking for an interesting opportunity within the same? Are you open to taking ownership of your own projects and seeing them through? Then this internship might be for you!
About SyncVR Medical
SyncVR Medical, headquartered in the Netherlands but functional across all of Europe is a small company focused on introducing XR (Extended Reality) into the healthcare and medical field. This technology is currently being implemented across almost 180 hospitals around Europe; being utilised by patients that are undergoing rehabilitation after Covid-19 to patients undergoing chemotherapy. To know more about what we do and why we do what we do, head on over to our website: https://www.syncvr.tech/
Do you want to help build a team that makes an impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals all over the world? Do you want to work with the latest XR tech? Do you want to work in our hands-on, crazy creative, and passionate team? Then let’s roll!
What is your overall role as a People & Culture Intern?
We're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial intern to assist the People & Culture team! You will work with the rest of the team to develop new sourcing and recruitment strategies for the company, review applications of potential candidates, strategise new ways to grow our team; whether that be with new interns or full time employees and much more. Additionally, as a part of the People & Culture team you have the space and freedom to start your own projects that you see fit for the company. Whether that be a health & wellness practice or new ways to expand our talent pool, the possibilities are endless!

Requirements

Who are you? Requirements & Skills

Studying towards your Bachelors or Masters Degree in: Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Health Psychology, etc.

Good command over English; writing, reading & communication skills.

Interest in Recruitment

Nice to have; Past experience within the field of Human Resources.

You are; enthusiastic, creative & entrepreneurial.

You are available between 3-4 days a week.

What’s in it for you?
You are entering a start-up. This means you get full freedom and responsibility by working on big impactful projects instead of tasks. You determine your own hours, where you work, and how many holidays you need. Within our bootstrapped start-up there is, unfortunately, no internship remuneration, but we cover any travel expenses of course. The main reason why people join our team is that we all get up in the morning fuelled by the idea that we make an impact on people's lives.
Note: While applying, send us your CV, a motivation letter for why SyncVR Medical interests you as compared to other companies and anything else you’d like us to see or know about you! Looking forward to receiving your application! *Acquisition on the basis of this vacancy is not appreciated.
