SyncVR Medical is the leading XR (Extended Reality) platform in European healthcare, implemented in 200+ hospitals. We are expanding to the United States to establish our premium, unified platform for Immersive Care.
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Marketing & US Expansion Intern to work directly with the CEO on this critical market introduction.
You will join a specialized US Taskforce consisting of the CEO (who will be on the ground in Houston from February 29th) and two other interns (Marketing/Localization and BD/Operations). Your role is to bridge the gap between our strategic assets and our direct outreach by creating a "digital footprint" that makes our target customers say, "I’ve heard of these guys."
Tasks
You will own the "Voice of SyncVR" in the US, focusing on LinkedIn (Founder-led growth) and community engagement within the Pediatric healthcare space.
Highest Priority – Founder-Led Growth & Ghostwriting:
- Work directly with the CEO to manage his LinkedIn presence. You will translate his onsite experiences in Houston into high-impact posts that position him as a thought leader in US "Unified XR."
- Develop a specific "US Voice": Direct, ROI-focused, and professional.
Medium Priority – Content Engine & Social Proof:
- Visualizing the Platform: Create short-form video content, graphics, and posts that showcase our key differentiator: the Treatment Manager (tablet interface).
- The ROI Narrative: Transform complex clinical data into "snackable" social content that highlights throughput and cost-savings for US hospitals.
- Community Engagement: "Social Listening" in Child Life Specialist and Hospital Innovation groups. Identify what US clinicians are complaining about and position SyncVR as the solution.
Low Priority – Analytics & AI Leverage:
- Perform deep research (minimum 45 mins per tool) to find and implement AI tools for video editing, social listening, and automated scheduling.
- Track engagement metrics to see which US regions (Texas, Florida, Nebraska) are responding best to our narrative.
Requirements
Who You Are
- A "Digital Native" with a Strategic Brain: You know how to stop the scroll, but you also understand why a CFO cares about "patient throughput."
- Exceptional Writer: Your English must be native or near-native. You can mimic a CEO’s voice and write copy that starts with a verb and ends with a punchy Call to Action.
- Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a content calendar; you create one based on the company’s "Quarterly Rocks" and the CEO's travel schedule.
Requirements
- Education: Final year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Communications, Marketing, New Media, or Business.
- Availability: 2–3 days (16-24 hours) per week for 4–6 months.
- Tech Savvy: High interest in AI tools (automation, generative AI for video/image).
- Affinity for US Healthcare: You understand that US hospitals are businesses and social media is a tool for B2B relationship building.
Benefits
What’s in it for you?
- Executive Access: Direct collaboration with the CEO during a high-stakes US launch.
- A Real Portfolio: By the end of this, you will have a measurable portfolio of how you helped launch a European scale-up into the world’s largest healthcare market.
- Career Acceleration: This is high-velocity "International Business Development" experience that stands out to any future employer in Tech or Consulting.
- Compensation: This is normally an unpaid strategic internship, designed for educational credit and career experience. A stipend may be offered only to candidates whose exceptional experience or strategic capability dictates a material contribution exceeding standard intern expectations.
