At SyncVR Medical, we are the XR operating system for European healthcare. We are on a mission to integrate immersive technology into clinical workflows across 200+ hospitals. While our XR platform is plug-and-play, a key challenge remains: empowering healthcare professionals to confidently use and teach this technology to their colleagues.

The SyncVR AI Internship is our unique concept to turn regular internships into AI-driven experiences so that interns learn how to use AI to be more effective, bringing that knowledge back to the company. What you create here isn't 'someday' work; it will be a fully functional course used by nurses, physicians, and clinical teams across the UK and the Netherlands.

So... We'd like to enable more clinicians to become trained in using XR in clinical care. This is where you come in! We are looking for a highly independent and driven intern to become the Product Owner of our Train the Trainer program. This is a unique opportunity to own a strategic project from concept to completion, building a scalable e-learning course that will accelerate the adoption of VR in healthcare worldwide. You won't just be an intern; you will be the driver of a project that directly impacts our commercial growth and clinical adoption.

Your mission is to build a full e-learning course on how clinicians can train their colleagues to use virtual reality in their daily practice for applications like pain management and distraction therapy. You will work independently to define, create, and launch this program.

• Project Management & Ownership: Act as the product owner for the "Train the Trainer" program, managing the project from initial concept to final deployment.
• Content Creation & Curation: Develop and edit engaging video content, or instruct team members to create video assets for you. You'll be responsible for editing this content to fit a professional e-learning format.
• Instructional Design: Structure the course content into a logical, easy-to-follow e-learning format, ensuring it meets the practical needs of healthcare professionals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical, sales, and content teams to ensure the course content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our strategic goals.Pilot & Refinement: Assist in the pilot of the course with a select group of clinicians to gather feedback and refine the content for a broader rollout.
