We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Zurich.

## Tasks

- Drive and manage all aspects of commercial projects from beginning to the end, including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, resource and budget planning
- Ensure successful delivery of interdisciplinary projects for our customers and aligning with relevant internal departments (e.g. products, technology, operations)
- Be a point of contact among customers, external partners and internal stakeholders
- Prepare & conduct client-facing and internal workshops, as well as conduct regular status meetings and communicate major milestones to all involved parties
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, manage escalations

## Requirements

**Required**

- Experience in managing complex interdisciplinary projects that span across multiple streams and time zones
- Client focused mindset with experience in and a passion for servicing clients
- Proven ability to successfully deliver commercial product related projects for customers
- Experience in presenting to and working with senior executives
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to negotiate, influence and manage teams or stakeholders at all levels
- Great communicator, leader and manager, goal and results oriented, able to work with minimal direction
- Bachelor degree in engineering, science, technology or business

**Nice to have**

- Experience in financial industry or consulting
- Project management certification such as IPMA and Prince
- Knowledge of latest trends in the FinTech industry and cryptocurrencies/blockchain/ICOs
- Experience in working with remote teams
