## Tasks

*   As part of the Strategic Initiatives Team, your main task is to support the different business units in launching new service offerings/products with a focus on Tokenization in all legal, compliance & regulatory matters.
*   Cover a wide range of legal (including, contract-, corporate-, tax, and DLT law) and regulatory topics.
*   Work in the interdisciplinary team within the Legal, Compliance and RegTech divisions. 
*   Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and (internal) regulations.
*   Liaise independently with internal and external legal counsels and advisors. 
*   Act as a trusted go-to project team member and various internal and external  
    stakeholders.
*   Conduct research, legal assessments, and draft legal memos on complex topics. 
*   Work on projects to implement and structure new service offerings/products. 
*   Monitor regulatory and legal developments in Switzerland and relevant markets in the blockchain space and traditional financial markets.

## Requirements

*   Master’s degree in law from a Swiss university, preferably with admission to the bar 
*   2-5 years of experience in a supervised institution, law firm or a big four company, a focus on financial services/markets is an asset 
*   Good understanding of financial market regulations and interest to work on a broad range of legal subject matters 
*   Interest in the latest trends in legal, the FinTech and RegTech industry as well as for cryptocurrencies and blockchain (experience is an asset) 
*   Independent, efficient, and systematic way of working with a proactive can-do attitude 
*   Courage to provide clear guidance and practical solutions based on own assessments 
*   Good legal drafting skills in German and English 
*   A positive, forward-thinking personality with a high degree of integrity, business acumen, openness to feedback and ability to work under pressure 
*   Problem-solving ability and mental flexibility to find pragmatic solutions supporting the Tokenization Business Unit with innovative products and business concepts  

**Nice to have:** 

*   Experience in Tokenization  
*   Experience with Investment Structuring 
*   Hands-on experience with and understanding of digital assets
