Tasks
What you will do:
- Plan, organize, and manage all operational aspects of our stores within the assigned region
- Develop and implement company-wide operational guidelines and standards
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure timely resolution of any deficiencies
- Train and onboard new team members, while continuously improving staff scheduling and efficiency
- Coordinate and support smooth and successful new store openings in collaboration with internal departments.
Requirements
What your characteristics are:
- Multi-site food or retail management experience required; sushi experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality with a focus on results and quality
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region
- Fluency in Slovak and English
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office
- Driving licence
