Your responsibilities:
- You develop a deep technical understanding of our product and become a key point of contact for our customers throughout their entire lifecycle
- You take ownership and support our customers from onboarding onward to ensure they use Superchat successfully and solve challenges together
- You address customer needs with empathy and expertise, advise them on new features and product updates, and help them achieve their goals with Superchat
- You understand exactly how customers use our product, collect feedback, and proactively contribute to improving our software
- You collaborate on cross-functional projects that take our customer experience to the next level
About you:
- You communicate fluently and confidently in Italian, Spanish, and English, and can answer questions precisely
- You’re a true communication talent with experience in customer interaction - ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- You work in a structured and independent way, with strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- You’re a genuine team player who enjoys diving into complex topics
- You have strong critical thinking skills that help you analyze complex situations and make sound, effective decisions quickly
