UGC Creator (m/f/d)

At Superchat, we’re reimagining how businesses communicate with their customers. Our mission is simple: Communicating with a business should be as easy and natural as talking to a friend.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented UGC creator! If you love crafting engaging visual content for social media but also love texting, this is for you.

What you'll be doing

• You are responsible for the conception, production, and further development of authentic user-generated content (UGC) for Instagram and TikTok that presents our product in an approachable and appealing way
• You develop creative content ideas (videos, reels, stories, trends) that are tailored to the platform mechanics and achieve high reach and interaction
• You will work closely with the Superchat Growth Team – communicating via WhatsApp, of course
• You will identify new trends, formats, and platform updates early on and translate them into innovative content pieces

What we’re looking for

• You are fluent in English
• You love texting as much as we do
• Ideally, you already have experience with content creation, but we can also train you if necessary

Bonus points if you...

• Have experience working in SaaS or with B2B content
• Know a bit of motion or video editing (e.g., After Effects or Premiere)

The role is paid on a CPM basis, i.e., paid based on views and interactions. The target earnings (OTE) are €3,000 to €8,000 per month. You can set up your own accounts or just provide us with the videos - simply film, edit, and submit your video.
