About SuperchargeMe
SuperchargeMe is one brain for the whole commerce business. Ten products, Ads-IQ, Retention-IQ, Restock-IQ, Stores-IQ, Marketplaces-IQ, Crossborder-IQ, NPD-IQ, Concierge-IQ, Feeds-IQ and Partnership-IQ, share one set of numbers. They don't stop at recommendations: they make the changes too, at the level of control each brand chooses. It works inside Slack, plugs into 100+ tools from Shopify and NetSuite to Meta, Google and Amazon, and is running 23 brands today across paid media, retention, inventory and wholesale, stores, marketplaces, catalog and partnerships.
Every function has a tool. Nothing runs the whole. We built SuperchargeMe to run the whole.
The product is live and brands are paying for it. Selling it full-time is the next step. That's you.
The role in a sentence
You'll be the first person selling SuperchargeMe full-time: finding mid-market omnichannel brands that haven't heard of us, getting meetings with their leadership, and closing deals on numbers the CFO can sign off.
Where we are
SuperchargeMe is already revenue-generating, with brands paying for it every month. Case studies from our first clients are being written now. Until now the founders have sold it themselves. You'll take over the deals and conversations they've started, then build a much bigger pipeline with your own outbound, contacts and partner introductions.
Who you sell to: mid-market omnichannel brands, roughly $20M to $300M in revenue, primarily in the US with UK and EU brands too, selling across their own store, marketplaces, wholesale and retail. Brands starting with a single product sign up on their own. Brands that want several platforms working together, with onboarding, come to you.
There's no sales team or SDRs yet, and what works in a sale is still in the founders' heads. Writing it down is part of the job. A founding Growth Marketer joins at the same time to bring in demos. A Chief Revenue Officer will join as we grow, and you'll be the first seller on the team they build.
Most brand leaders recognize the problem as soon as you describe it: ten or twenty tools, several with their own AI, all reporting different numbers. We call it the Silo Tax. Putting a number on it for every brand you meet is the job.
The work
- Take over the deals and conversations the founders have started, then build on them with your own target accounts, outbound, contacts and introductions from agencies, Shopify partners and systems integrators.
- Run each deal from first call to signature: discovery, an ROI case built on the brand's own numbers, a live demo, a trial, negotiation and close.
- Keep the risk low for buyers with short trials, a phased setup and a clear plan for what they'll see in the first 30 days.
- Show finance and operations leaders what connecting Shopify, their ERP, ad platforms and marketplaces is worth in margin, inventory and cash.
- Start each customer on whichever product proves value fastest, then add more. Brands that signed up on their own for one product are good candidates.
- Write down what wins and loses deals, so the next sellers have a playbook and the product team hears what buyers want.
What good looks like
We'll judge you on new revenue you found and closed yourself.
- In your first month you can demo the product without help, you've agreed a target list with the founders, and your first meetings with senior people are booked.
- By the end of your first quarter your pipeline has grown well beyond what you took over, with trials running and your first deals closed.
- Buyers who had never heard of us take your second meeting.
- The founders stop joining your first calls, because they don't need to.
What you bring
- Five or more years selling B2B software, with at least three as a mid-market or commercial Account Executive on 60 to 90 day sales cycles and contracts in the five to six figures.
- Proof that you've beaten your number, such as commission statements or how you ranked against other sellers.
- Deals won with buyers who had never heard of your company, with most of your closed revenue coming from leads you found yourself.
- You're comfortable talking to finance and operations leaders about margin, inventory, cash and payback.
- Your own relationships with senior people at mid-market omnichannel brands.
- A working knowledge of the commerce stack: Shopify, NetSuite or another ERP, Meta, Google and Amazon ads, and email and SMS tools.
- You use AI tools and agents in your own selling and can show us how. We sell AI agents, so we'd expect that.
Bonus points
- You've been one of a startup's first three salespeople.
- You've sold at companies like NetSuite, Celigo, Wunderkind, Feedonomics, Bloomreach, Daasity, Extensiv, Brightpearl, Skio or Okendo.
Skip this one if
- You need inbound leads and a famous logo to open doors.
- You want a finished playbook, an enablement team and SDRs from day one.
- You'd rather demo features than build an ROI case a CFO signs off.
- You'd rather manage a book than build one.
Why join
- You'll set how we sell: the pitch, the playbook and the feedback that shapes pricing. Every seller after you will build on it.
- Most brand leaders haven't yet seen AI that takes actions on their business. You'll be the one showing them.
- You'll work directly with both founders, who ran commerce brands before building software. Deals get decided quickly, and what buyers tell you reaches the product fast.
- Commission has no cap, contracts grow as customers add products, and you get stock options in the company you're helping build.
How we hire
- A 30-minute intro call with the co-founders.
- A deal deep-dive: talk us through two deals you found and closed yourself, with proof of what you hit.
- A mock first call where you pitch a CFO who has never heard of SuperchargeMe.
- References, including a former manager.
