Manage complex projects in IT/Operations.
Ensure high-quality delivery of all project outputs.
Coordinate consultant teams and act as the main client interface.
Support the preparation of bids and tenders.
Oversee day-to-day team activities and foster collaboration.
Degree in Economics or Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in consulting or project management.
Knowledge of IT processes and Agile methodologies.
Previous experience in projects with insurance or financial services clients is preferred.
Languages: fluent German, professional English.
