Due to the company’s expansion, we are looking for extra help from a Business Development Assistant to support our leadership to achieve business goals.

## Tasks

*   Support leadership in managing exisiting partners, and identify, establish new strategic partnerships in the gaming industry
*   Help us follow up and monitor sucess metrics on partners' platforms, analyze and report to improve the metrics
*   Deliver feedback from partners to tech team to improve performance and comply with their regulations and suggestions
*   Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends
*   Support leadership with reports and presentations to internal and external stake holders

## Requirements

*   Bachelors or Master degree in business, finance, tech and relevant fields
*   Some experience in business development or account management would be great
*   Some knowledge of HTML5 or Web games, casual or puzzle games on play stores would be a big plus
*   Proactive and willing to learn
*   Excellent in presentation and communication is preferred
*   Good relationship-building skill
*   Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research
*   Fluent Vietnamese and great communication in English
*   Knowledge in Chinese and/or Russian is a big plus

**Work hour**

**\-** We expect you to work in the office to closely follow and support our leadership. Working hours are from 9:00 - 18:30, from Monday to Friday.

\- Even so, we do not micromanage or count your hours, but we expect you to take ownership of your work, proactively communicate and be reachable during work hours.
