We are constantly moving forward and looking out for several working students in the department of Distribution Services to support our growth in the solar industry.  
* Supporting our colleagues in the technical hotline and ticketing system.
* Providing answers to customers about our technical products (answering questions to our customers regarding our PV products and PV inverters etc.).
* Supporting in creating FAQs, online courses, tutorials as well as recording and documenting for the related regions.
* Provide technical support on remote basis.
* Provide operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform.

## Your profile

* You are a graduate at a university for one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics or a related field.
* You are living in Munich or Munich area.
* You could work 40 hours/week as an intern.
* Structured and autonomous way of working.
* Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things.
* **Fluent German (C1)** and **English skills (min. B2)** are a **must have**. Communication with our clients will be in German and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
