## Your mission

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow (France), as our new Field Service Engineer (EV Charging)!  
  
What will you be doing in this exciting role?  
  
* **Installation and commissioning**: Work with the installation team to ensure the safe and effective installation and commissioning of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
* **Maintenance**: Perform regular checks, repairs, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal functioning of electric vehicle charging stations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
* **Testing**: Conduct testing activities to ensure that electric vehicle charging infrastructure is operating at optimal levels.
* **Technical support**: Provide assistance to customers, partners, and other team members, responding promptly to inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
* **Site inspections**: Conduct site inspections to assess the suitability of locations for electric vehicle charging infrastructure installations, considering environmental factors, safety considerations, and regulatory requirements.
* **Documentation and reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all activities related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Prepare detailed reports on field activities, including site inspections, installation, and maintenance.
* **Health and safety**: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment, when performing site inspections, installations, and maintenance activities.

## Your profile

Mandatory requirements:
* Degree in **Electrical Engineering**orsimilar engineering degree with a focus on energy systems
* Languages: **English (C1 - fluent)** and **German** **(C1 - fluent)**
* Experience: **Minimum of 2 years of experience** in a field service, maintenance, or related role, preferably in the EV charging industry
* Strong understanding ofEV charginginfrastructure, including charging station hardware, communication protocols (e.g., OCPP), and related software
* Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems, interpreting technical documentation, and using diagnostic tools and equipment
* **Driving license** and **willingness to travel** often to customer sites
  
Nice to haves  
  
* Language skills in chinese (mandarin)
* Previous experience working for a chinese company
* Relevant certifications or specialized training in EV charging infrastructure
