## Your mission

* Technical and disciplinary management of the project management team in UK
* Overall responsibility of the execution phase for the regional solar inverter & battery storage supply contracts with a total portfolio volume of several gigawatts
* Identify and address project risks and roadblocks to minimize project delays and disruptions
* Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team
* Management of escalations and solution finding (internal/external)
* Interface management with other departments (e.g. sales, legal, product/R&D, operation, logistic, service)
* Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project outcomes and increase team efficiency
* Project status & risk reporting to the high management

## Your profile

* Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a similar field
* \~5 years of experience in technical design or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry
* Ideally some years of team management experience in the project environment
* Technical and commercial knowledge about battery storage projects is a plus
* Strong solution- and goal-oriented mindset
* Excellent team player with strong social skills
* Assertiveness and strong communication skills
* Strong leadership skills and used to work on a multi-task environment
* Willingness to travel frequently
* Fluent command of written and spoken English at least C1\. Chinese language skills are valuable
