Fanblast is a mobile CRM tool for creators, rethinking communication via WhatsApp & iMessage. We help talents build authentic fan relationships, monetize their reach, and accelerate their growth. To achieve this, we also need strong visual content on social media.
Tasks
Your tasks
- Support the operations team with technical processes & customer support
- Assist with troubleshooting and daily technical operations
- Contribute to optimizing internal workflows
- Act as a link between tech and operations
Requirements
Your profile
- Strong interest in IT, technology & digital processes
- Structured, hands-on and reliable way of working
- Confident use of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- First experience in IT support is a plus, but not required
