Compliance Specialist

St. Publius is an international tax consultancy company with 35 employess in 7 countries. For our office in Valletta (Malta) we`re searching for a compliance specialist.

• Collecting and maintaining client due diligence documentation in line with the client on-boarding procedures
• Carrying out Client Risk Assessments at on-boarding stage and on an on-going basis.
• Updating of records, including the upkeep of physical files and electronic systems
• Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations.
• Assist during the process of the incorporating companies.
• Perform other compliance tasks as may be necessary.
• Assisting with general administration work according to the company needs.

• Knowledge in Due diligence and compliance functions and practices
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in the German language will be considered an asset.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and comfort in making decisions independently but also being able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
