Stone Sourcing are delighted to be hiring a skilled JBoss Support Engineer to join our client's team in Zürich, Switzerland, on a 6-month extendable project. As a JBoss Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients utilizing JBoss middleware solutions.

## Tasks

*   Provide technical support to clients using JBoss middleware solutions.
*   Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
*   Interact with clients via email, phone, and ticketing system to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
*   Create and maintain documentation including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product functionality.

## Requirements

*   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
*   Proven experience as a support engineer, preferably with JBoss middleware expertise.
*   Strong troubleshooting skills in a Linux environment.
*   Excellent communication skills.
