HR Manager (m/w/d) part-time

Stenon offers the world’s first real-time soil analysis solution for agriculture. Position

We’re looking for a HR Manager (part-time, 20 hours per week) who combines analytical thinking with excellent communication skills. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our team, bringing great organizational talent, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

• Manage all HR-related matters
• Own the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to issuing employment contracts
• First point of contact for the employees
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process
• Manage the organization’s employee database, prepare reports and update records of employees
• Support in the optimization of HR processes
• Assist with payroll
• Work directly with the C-Level to ensure operational success

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
• Good understanding of labor law in Germany
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills
• Excellent record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (minimum B2) & English
• Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Superb computer literacy with capability in Google Workspace software, applicant tracking systems (JOIN is prefered) and HRIS (Personio is a plus)
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
