FULL-STACK DEVELOPER (ON-SITE LAHORE)

We’re hiring a true Senior Full-Stack Developer who can run work independently — without a dedicated project manager.

This is an on-site role in Lahore (no remote). We’ll provide a laptop, proper infrastructure, and salary on time. In return, we need someone highly reliable, punctual, and self-organized: you can take a messy situation, create clarity, and ship consistently.

E-commerce experience (Shopify or similar) is a strong plus.

• Own delivery end-to-end: clarify requirements, break work into tasks, estimate, execute, ship
• Turn “rough ideas” into a clear plan: tickets, milestones, priorities, and next actions
• Build and maintain full-stack features (frontend, backend, APIs, database)
• Handle integrations (webhooks, third-party services, payments if needed)
• Set up and improve deployments/infra (environments, CI/CD, monitoring, logs)
• Debug production issues fast, document fixes, prevent repeats
• Keep the codebase clean: reviews, refactors when needed, practical testing
• Communicate progress clearly (daily updates, risks, blockers, what’s next)
• Be a dependable point of ownership in the team — show up, be on time, deliver

• 2+ years professional full-stack experience (production systems)
• Proven ability to work without a PM: you plan your own work, manage priorities, and deliver on deadlines
• Strong ownership mindset: you don’t wait for perfect specs or hand-holding
• Excellent self-organization: task breakdowns, checklists, time management, written updates
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript + modern frontend (React/Next.js or similar)
• Strong backend (Node.js or similar), API design (REST/GraphQL), auth, security basics
• Database confidence (PostgreSQL/MySQL), migrations, performance basics
• Deployment confidence (Linux, Docker, CI/CD basics, cloud environments)
• Reliability + punctuality: consistent on-site presence in Lahore, professional work ethic
