We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Office Manager to join our team in Paris for a 6-month **internship**.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO & CMO to assist in the organization and coordination of our digital office tools (Slack, Notion, Trello, GDrive, etc) as well as support our social media efforts as needed.

You will be responsible for ensuring our digital office runs smoothly and efficiently, as well as providing occasional support to our Marketing team.

## Tasks

*   Organize and maintain Notion databases & Trello boards to ensure efficient task and project management across the company.
*   Provide administrative support to the CEO including scheduling, booking travel, and organizing team events.
*   Assist with data entry and analysis to support our client-related projects.
*   Contribute to our social media marketing, including content creation and reporting
*   Support the CMO with digital marketing campaigns
*   Participate in team meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives as needed.

## Requirements

*   Available to start on December 2023
*   Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
*   Strong organizational and time management skills.
*   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
*   Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
*   Familiarity with digital tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, Google Suite, Canva, etc
*   Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
*   Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
