Contact Centre Agent
Location: Victoria Island Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: ₦101,000 Monthly
Benefits: Staff Bus, HMO, Pension, 13th Month Salary
Work Schedule: Flexible Shift (Monday–Friday)
We are urgently recruiting smart, customer-focused, and energetic Contact Centre Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering excellent customer service while promoting relevant products and services when necessary.
Tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- NYSC must be completed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English (Hausa language proficiency is highly desirable).
- Age Limit:
- Hausa-speaking candidates: 28 years and below.
- English-speaking candidates: 26 years and below.
