Staiy acts as the link between the customers in search of sustainable products and the brands that aim to restructure the current paradigm of the fashion and lifestyle industry. ## Tasks

*   Identify key players to partner with in the annual marketing calendar
*   Monitor and plan events in the European landscape
*   Support the press strategy to increase Staiy's digital presence
*   Partner with the marketing team to ideate and execute strategies and occasions within our products
*   Plan, manage and execute a series of partnerships, events and digital opportunities and projects
*   Liaise with marketing and social media teams to promote PR activities
*   Be the main point of contact for the clients
*   Facilitate the cooperation and coordination of the partners and stakeholders

*   Exceptionally proactive, well organised and efficient, with the ability to work to challenging deadlines with changing priorities
*   You are energetic, hardworking and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
*   You are outgoing and personable, with strong relationships and contacts in the industry
*   Solutions focused with a 'can do' attitude, never complacent and constantly looking for new and improved ways of doing things
*   Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels across the business
*   Good knowledge of Google Drive & Excel
*   A positive approach to managing people, with the focus on respect and integrity
*   Professional English fluency, German Written Fluency is a plus
