• Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
• Inspect project sites regularly to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly, maintaining high standards of quality control.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports and documentation, providing updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in site supervision, preferably within the architecture or stage engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction, theater design, and audiovisual systems, with proven ability to oversee projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage on-site teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with a strong focus on quality control and adherence to safety standards.
