## Your mission

How you can bring your talents to us:

* Responsible for the operational and strategic area of the outdoor energy storage systems product family as well es respective Energy-Management-Systems for stationary Energy Storage Systems.
* Ensuring the technical and commercial competitiveness and quality of the solutions within the product family and driving forward the product portfolio over the entire life cycle.
* Defining customer requirements and translating these into product requirements.
* Interface between customers and the market as well as internal and external stakeholders.
* Carrying out competitive analyses of the product portfolio and preparing basic market research.
* Contributing experience and expertise in the organization and management of product roadmaps.
* Creating and presenting strategic decision papers for the evaluation and further development of products.
* Analyzing and evaluating potential partnerships.
* Interface with external development service providers and coordination of the timely implementation of work packages.
* Managing and monitoring project controlling, helping to meet deadlines, quality, budget and target specifications.
* Managing and structuring documentation in accordance with internal and external specifications.
* Presenting the product family at customer events, trade fairs and conferences.
* Applying agile concepts and methods in day-to-day work.

## Your profile

What you will need:

* Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
* 5+ years of experience in a product management role with proven ability to successfully develop and implement product strategies.
* 3+ years of professional experience in the energy storage industry, ideally in the field of stationary battery storage systems for commercial applications.
* In-depth knowledge of battery storage systems and understanding of technical and economic factors.
* Entrepreneurial and economic thinking.
* Strong analytical, strategic and coordination skills.
* Independent, structured work and team player.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Certification according to Scrum or agile product management is an advantage.
* Business fluent in German and English.
