• Oversee and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
