• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the apparel industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
