Tasks
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed by the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support the CEO in decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on key issues.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible for the CEO.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
