Tasks
We’re looking for an Art Director to lead creative direction for our Subscription clients. You’ll translate brand strategy into shoot concepts, moodboards, and creative guidelines — ensuring each campaign feels fresh, on-brand, and conversion-focused. You’ll work closely with producers, photographers, and retouchers to deliver high-quality assets that help D2C brands grow.
What you’ll do
- Develop monthly photoshoot concepts based on the client's needs.
- Build moodboards, references, and clear creative briefs for studio teams.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to bring concepts to life.
- Maintain creative consistency across catalog, lifestyle, and campaign imagery.
- Keep a pulse on e-commerce, content, and visual trends to inspire clients.
- Communicate with clients (when needed) to refine direction and ensure alignment.
Requirements
Must-have skills
- 3+ years in art direction, content creation, or creative strategy for e-commerce brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product, lifestyle, and campaign concepting.
- Experience building moodboards and briefs that guide production teams.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and marketing needs.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with client goals and production realities.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in photography or styling.
- Familiarity with performance marketing (how creative impacts ROAS/CTR).
- Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience directing shoots (on set or remote).
