As of 2021, Squareshot has entered its growth stage*. To support it, we are looking for a Growth Manager with a key focus on scaling customer acquisition and improving retention. Our goal is to continue our YoY growth by optimizing existing growth channels and identifying new opportunities.

The most fitting candidate for this position is the one who has a broad set of professional interests and a data-driven mindset. There’s no clear playbook for growth, therefore, the candidate must be open to constantly trying new things and is okay with failing. If that’s you, let’s talk.

Tasks

  • Strategy: Define and execute Squareshot’s growth strategy by setting priorities and KPIs for each channel.
  • PPC: Collaborate with a freelance agency to manage and optimize PPC search/display campaigns.
  • SEO: Develop and implement a SEO strategy.
  • Service launches: Lead the ideation and development of new services to expand the company's offerings.
  • Web development: Oversee the development and conversion rate optimization of the company website.
  • Sales: Assist the Sales team in launching new campaigns and optimizing the sales funnel.
  • Content: Working closely with the content team to increase company awareness and promote the adoption of new features and services.
  • Analytics: Analyze the performance growth channels, ROI, and conversion rates throughout the user journey. Contribute to building Squareshot’s analytics system.
  • Growth: Active search for new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Primary (must)

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong background in managing PPC campaigns, inc. experimentation, and scaling.
  • In-depth knowledge of on- and off-page SEO.
  • Previous experience in building products and executing their go-to-market campaigns.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a growth/marketing/product team.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • High level of autonomy.

Secondary (will be a bonus)

  • Experience in launching outbound sales campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Experience in managing web development.
  • Experience with business development, affiliate partnerships, scaling referral programs, or working with micro-influencers is greatly welcomed.
