Teamwork

💸 spotixx is a Frankfurt-based European FinTech building technology for the regulated financial sector. Since 2019, we have grown into a team of 60+ professionals with deep roots in the German and European banking landscape, shaped by years of hands-on experience in fraud investigation and financial crime prevention. We specialize in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud detection, enabling secure, compliant data exchange between financial institutions. Using advanced data science and AI, we are helping shift the industry toward collaborative intelligence and more effective prevention. As a self-funded company, we focus on sustainable growth and real impact. With offices in Frankfurt and Wilhelmshaven and strong inbound demand, we are expanding our team. If you want to work on meaningful problems, grow with the company, and be part of a flexible, hybrid work environment, spotixx offers the opportunity to do just that.

Tasks

Manage the backlog for one of our two business lines: turn business needs and customer input into clear requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Set day-to-day priorities based on direction from your business line manager.

Join meetings with our bank customers from day one, and run them yourself within your first few months: requirements sessions, demos, walkthroughs, and follow-ups.

Present our product clearly and accurately to bank stakeholders, prospects, and colleagues.

Work closely with engineering: answer the questions that help the team move forward, and weigh the trade-offs that come back.

Get to know the product well enough to answer customer questions yourself.

Keep the product documented: maintain the notes, specs, and materials the team and customers rely on.

Monitor the market, regulation, and customer requests, and feed what you learn into the roadmap.

Requirements

Experience working with demanding customers, gained at a top consultancy, a large corporate, or a startup/scale-up serving enterprise clients.

Around 2–4 years of professional experience. Formal product experience is welcome but not required. Consulting, business analysis, delivery, or client-facing technical work all count.

You learn quickly, think in a structured way, and get to the core of unfamiliar problems fast.

Comfortable presenting to customers and staying composed with senior stakeholders.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Comfortable with technical topics.

Well-organised and proactive: you notice what needs doing and follow through.

Curious about AI, and already using it in your own work.

Nice to have: German, experience in banking or anti-financial-crime, familiarity with agile teams, and data literacy.

Benefits

💰 Attractive compensation.

🏠 Flexible hybrid work model (Frankfurt + home office within Germany).

🚀 High ownership and real impact from day one.

🏇 Flat structures and fast decision-making.

🗺️ Collaborative, international team culture.

🦹 Work on high-impact products that help fight financial crime.

🏎️ Fast growth path: room to grow quickly into a senior product seat.

🌈 We welcome applications from all qualified people, as diversity enriches us. Your perspective matters: regardless of gender, age, origin, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. Applicants with disabilities will be given preference when equally qualified.

We are looking forward to receiving your application!
