We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to bring real transparency to how our product and marketing efforts are performing. You'll build the reporting that shows what's actually happening across the customer journey, and help the team understand whether new features and initiatives are delivering what they promised.
This is a remote role. Most of the team is based in Switzerland, so we're looking for meaningful overlap with Central European working hours and comfort working in English, our team's working language.
Tasks
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across the full customer journey, covering acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, transactions, and drop-off points
- Define KPI definitions, calculation methodology, ownership, and reporting frequency, and work with Technology to keep the underlying tracking solid
- Monitor product, marketing, and funnel KPIs on an ongoing basis, and flag unusual trends, risks, and performance gaps early, with context on likely causes
- Distinguish short-term fluctuations from structural issues, and run regular performance reviews with Product, Marketing, Technology, and leadership
- Connect product and marketing KPIs to broader business objectives such as GMV, active users, conversion, and retention, and help leadership prioritise where to focus
- Define success metrics, baselines, and evaluation periods before new features and initiatives launch
- Track adoption, usage, and business impact after launch, and give a clear, evidence-based read on whether an initiative delivered
- Turn analysis into practical, prioritised recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Technology
- Help teams design experiments and determine how their impact should be measured
Who You'll Work With
You'll report to the Head of Product and work closely with Product Management day to day. You'll also partner regularly with the Head of Marketing and the Marketing team, and the Head of Technology and the Technology team, keeping Operations and leadership in the loop on your insights and recommendations.
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Several years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence, ideally at a digital product, marketplace, fintech, or platform business
- A track record of building dashboards, defining KPIs, and measuring the impact of features and campaigns
- Strong command of funnel, cohort, retention, and segmentation analysis
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase, and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
- Good SQL skills, so you can pull and analyse your own data independently
- Ability to turn data into a clear business recommendation, and a solid grasp of what drives the business, including GMV, activation, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Confidence to challenge assumptions when the data tells a different story
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, structured, and independent way of working, comfortable operating with incomplete data and shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical evaluation
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to speed up analytical work
Benefits
What We Offer
- High visibility with leadership, your analysis and recommendations feed directly into real business decisions
- Cross-functional exposure from day one, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Technology
- Real ownership over how performance reporting and analytics get built at the company
- Remote flexibility, with a closely connected, Switzerland-based core team
Scope of the Role
This role owns reporting transparency, KPI definitions, performance analysis, impact measurement, and recommendations. It is not accountable for implementing fixes: product delivery, campaign execution, technology implementation, and operational changes remain with the relevant functional leads.
If you enjoy turning data into clarity and want a role where your analysis genuinely shapes decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
