Growth Partner France (Paris)

Splint Invest is a fast-growing fintech platform that enables people to invest in alternative assets like art, collectibles, wine, watches, and more, starting from just 50 EUR.

We are currently expanding in France and are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Partner based in Paris to help us build and grow the local community.

This is not a traditional corporate job. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, well-connected, and highly proactive, someone who wants to build something locally and participate directly in the upside they create.

Your mission

Grow the Splint Invest community organically in France.

This can include:

• Building relationships within the Italian startup and fintech ecosystem
• Creating partnerships with local platforms and communities
• Collaborating with finance creators, bloggers, newsletters, and podcasts
• Organising local community events and networking meetups
• Supporting referral and ambassador initiatives
• Exploring PR and media opportunities
• Identifying creative local growth opportunities
• Becoming the local face of Splint Invest in France

You will have significant freedom in how you approach growth.

Compensation

This role is primarily performance-based.

We offer:

• a small fixed monthly compensation
• a highly attractive variable component linked to the net GMV generated from France

About Splint Invest

Splint Invest is a Swiss fintech platform focused on fractional investments in alternative assets and collectibles. Through the app, users can invest from just 50 EUR into assets such as art, trading cards, wine, watches, whisky, and other luxury collectibles that historically were mostly accessible to wealthy collectors and institutions.

Since launch, Splint Invest has released more than 850 assets with a total volume exceeding 50 million EUR and has built a community of around 38,000 users across Europe. Over the past two years, the platform achieved an average net return of approximately 25% with an average holding period of around 15 months.

The company is currently accelerating its European expansion, with Italy and France being among the key strategic growth markets.
