THE OPPORTUNITY
Join spektr's expansion engine - responsible for making sure every client goes live fast, stays healthy, and grows. As our Commercial Expansion Manager, you will own two things: structured account development across our existing client base, and AI-led expansion that helps clients replace manual compliance work with intelligent automation through the spektr platform.
On the account development side, you will systematically map each client's current usage of spektr against the full potential across markets, subsidiaries and spektr modules to build a prioritised expansion pipeline.
On the automation side, you will partner with clients to identify their most repeated tasks and size the opportunity: how much of it can be automated today, what is the value of that reduction, and how does it stack up against the cost of the spektr solution. From there you lead scoping, piloting, and implementation, always with an eye on what is scalable across clients rather than bespoke to one.
You will work directly with the expansion lead, travel regularly to client sites, and feed everything you learn back into product.

You are most comfortable managing existing relationships reactively, need pre-packaged collateral before you can have a commercial conversation, find building from scratch stressful rather than exciting, or are or are more comfortable with a clear structure.
