Meet spektr
We are on a mission to automate the world’s most complex compliance workflows through AI. Founded by the team behind HelloFlow (acquired by Trulioo), spektr is re-defining the compliance function. We enable companies to build and scale their compliance without a single line of code.
Backed by Northzone, Seedcamp, and PreSeed Ventures, we are moving fast. We don’t just fix compliance; we turn it into a competitive advantage for the world's largest financial companies like Santander, Pleo, Phantim and more.
<h2>Tasks</h2>
About the job
We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and help shape the next generation of compliance technology where you will play a key role in leading AI strategy and execution across spektr’s products and internal operations.
This role is fully focused on AI — from identifying high-impact use cases to prototyping, building, and scaling AI-powered features. You’ll own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, working closely with engineering, product, compliance, and leadership to integrate AI safely, responsibly, and effectively into a highly regulated industry.
If you love experimenting, prototyping fast, and turning AI ideas into real, production-ready solutions — while navigating real-world constraints — this role is for you.
What you will do
<ul>
<li>Define and own spektr’s AI product strategy across customer-facing features and internal tooling</li>
<li>Identify where and how AI can deliver real value within a regulated compliance environment</li>
<li>Lead ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation of AI-driven product concepts</li>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end AI pipeline, from data sourcing and model selection to deployment and iteration</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering on implementation, including model integration, APIs, and infrastructure</li>
<li>Work closely with compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure AI features meet regulatory and ethical standards</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and assess their applicability to spektr’s products</li>
<li>Translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
What makes you a great fit
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on AI / ML-powered products</li>
<li>Deep understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with AI prototyping, experimentation, or prompt engineering</li>
<li>Familiarity with the full AI lifecycle (data, models, deployment, monitoring)</li>
<li>Ability to balance innovation with risk in heavily regulated industries</li>
<li>Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding system-level architecture</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking combined with a builder mindset</li>
<li>Curious, pragmatic, and hungry to push AI forward responsible</li>
</ul>
<h2>Benefits</h2>
What we offer
<ul>
<li>An exciting opportunity to build the next generation of AI agents in a well-funded start-up</li>
<li>Work directly with our founders to build spektr from an early stage</li>
<li>Work with a team that enables, supports, and challenges you</li>
<li>Have real influence on product direction</li>
<li>Leverage our network of leading investors, partners and advisors in Europe and the U.S.</li>
<li>Very good compensation package</li>
<li>Beautiful office close to Nyhavn</li>
<li>Daily lunch catering</li>
</ul>
Our process
<ul>
<li>Initial conversation with our Chief of staff</li>
<li>Take-home task</li>
<li>Chat with our co-founder &amp; CPO</li>
<li>Meet the team in Copenhagen</li>
</ul>
