• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering and updating financial transactions in the accounting software.
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports by compiling necessary data and assisting in the reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning by providing relevant data analysis and reporting to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
