• Coordinate with international and local clients to understand their product needs and ensure timely delivery of garment accessories.
• Manage the product development process from concept to production, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and market trends.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accuracy of sample developments and the feasibility of designs for mass production.
• Monitor production schedules and supply chain logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to clients across multiple regions.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet company standards and client expectations before shipment.

• Bachelor's degree or qualification in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, with a focus on garment accessories.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with international clients and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to stay updated on fashion trends and market demands to make informed purchasing decisions.
