**For our recently opened location in Birmingham, we require a Business Administrator (m/f/x) full-time who will be responsible for office management as well as accounting activities. The onboarding and training of our newly hired employees will take place at our main location in Dresden, Germany.**

## Tasks

*   Reception of customers, business partners and other stakeholders
*   Management of all phone calls as well as incoming and outgoing emails
*   Administration of package receipt and the office cash register, as well as the purchase of office supplies
*   Independent communication with external service providers and our property management company
*   Creation & management of accounts receivable invoices
*   Tracking of open receivables
*   Checking, processing & administration of incoming invoices
*   Management of accounts payable invoices
*   Audit of incoming and outgoing payments
*   Creation of the weekly liquidity forecast

## Requirements

*   several years of professional experience in the field of financial bookkeeping/accounting
*   Secure handling of web-based software tools (Office 365, Google Workspace)
*   Professional and polite contact with different personalities
*   Service-oriented thinking and working method
*   German knowledge an advantage
*   Structured, precise working method
*   Communication and teamwork skills
*   Personal initiative and high level of commitment
