## Tasks

*   **Vendor & Product Onboarding:** Assist in onboarding new vendors and their product catalogs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
*   **Operational Support:** Help identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
*   Financial Operations Assistance: Assist in invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking to maintain smooth financial processes.
*   **Customer Support Assistance:** Assist in managing customer inquiries and support processes, ensuring efficient resolution and documentation of issues. 
*   **Data Management & Analysis:** Support operational data collection and reporting, helping to optimize key processes.

## Requirements

*   Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
*   Interest in startups, e-commerce, SaaS, and marketplace business models.
*   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
*   Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*   Experience with JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
*   Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
