Cofounder | CTO | Full Stack Developer (Germany-based | Equity Role)

We're building a mobile-first product in the AgTech space with a deep focus on environmental impact and accessibility. The MVP is in development, and we’re applying for public fundings and accelerators.

We’re looking for a CTO-level cofounder - someone who can architect, build, and lead a meaningful product from the ground up.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building and scaling full-stack applications
• Strong grasp of architecture and infrastructure - platform-agnostic thinking, cost-aware decisions, long-term maintainability
• Comfort working with data-heavy systems, and ideally with geospatial or ML pipelines
• Someone who can build the first version and think two steps ahead

• Open to taking ownership, leading a tech team, and working in ambiguity
