Junior Industrial business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Business Organization or a related field. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and eager to grow within an industrial environment. A minimum English level of B2 is required.

• Monitor and support industrial software solutions across the business.
• Assist in project follow-up, coordination, and reporting.
• Participate in the implementation of new technological or organizational solutions
• Provide first-line support to business users, ensuring smooth operation of systems and processes.
• Track and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Organization, or a related discipline.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
• Understanding software systems and experience with office productivity tools.
• Valid driving licence and availability to travel when required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a structured and results-oriented mindset.
