Job Description

• Recruiting Lifecycle A-Z in Research & Development / Pharma
• Active sourcing through various channels
• Build and maintain Talent pipelines and relationships with potential Candidates
• Job descriptions writing and publishing
• Interview Coordination and leading
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business unites
• Acting as the Business Partner for Recruiting related questions
• Promote on Social Media for the company and positions
• Offer Negotiations and Reference checks
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports

Requirements

• Background in Commercial Business or related field (Lifesciences, Medical device or R&D)
• Experience in recruiting (Lifesciences, Agency, Medical device industry or R&D)
• Strong communication and organizational skills - big sense of humor
• Negotiation and networking abilities
• Knowledge of HR laws and compliance
• proficiency in recruitment software and tools
• Adaptability to industry trends
• Awareness of diversity and inclusion
• Languages: English, German and French
