🧑‍💼 Job Opportunity: People Intern

We're seeking an exceptional People Intern who is eager to learn and experience life in a fast-growth startup. This role will be key in supporting the growth of the company and you will be exposed to the exciting step of building key processes from scratch and directly shaping our People and Talent Acquisition departments. You will work directly with our People Manager and have frequent interactions with our COO, and you will play a key part in sculpting the best processes and company culture possible at SolarMente. This is not just an internship; it's an opportunity to shape the heart and soul of our rapidly growing startup!

🎖 Key Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master degree with possibility to do an internship is a must
• Master Degree in Human Resources is a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment, headhunting, HR and/or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English (minimum B1).
• Above all, willingness to rapidly learn and grow!
