We’re looking for a versatile full-stack engineer who enjoys working directly with customers to deliver impactful AI solutions in the aviation industry. In this role, you’ll bridge technical development and client engagement - leading integrations, running demos, and ensuring our software meets real-world needs. You should thrive in a collaborative, remote environment and be comfortable communicating in both German and English.

Software Development

• Design and build AI-driven solutions tailored to real-world aviation use cases
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
• Continuously improve development and deployment workflows

Customer Engagement

• Understand customer needs and technical environments within the aviation sector
• Support customers with technical questions and recommend optimal setups for using our software
• Present and clearly communicate the value and technical aspects of our product to stakeholders
• Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops

Integration & Deployment

• Lead the integration of our software into customer infrastructure to ensure smooth and effective deployments

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack or web development
• Strong coding skills and experience delivering production-ready software
• Comfortable working directly with customers and leading technical discussions
• Excellent communication in both German and English
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud, DevOps, and deployment workflows
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in a remote setup

Tech Stack:

• Python (especially FastAPI)
• React and Typescript
• AI/LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG patterns)
• Search technologies (e.g. vector search, semantic search)
• Postgres/SQL
• Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, and cloud services (e.g., AWS)
