About the Role

We are seeking a working student to support our founder and CEO, Florian, in day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, dynamic role offering the opportunity to gain deep insights into the inner workings of an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and structure content for decision-making and meetings
• Take full responsibility for small internal projects and drive them independently
• Create pitch decks, sales presentations, client-facing materials and further content
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
• Identify trends, synthesize insights, and support strategic thinking
• Help evaluate & implement new software tools

Requirements

• You are genuinely interested in startups and company building and think entrepreneurially
• You take ownership, recognize what’s important, and stay on top of things even when juggling multiple tasks
• Ideally, you’ve gained first experience in dynamic environments (e.g. startups, consulting, VC)
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business-related discipline
• You speak English fluently, German is a plus
• You are comfortable working in a remote and asynchronous environment
