Are you motivated and would you like to support our team in Mettmann? We are looking for a business analyst (f/m/d) in fulltime, who is convincing both, professionally and personally.

## Tasks

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1\. Attending customer meetings supporting the sales representative.

2\. Providing solution by discussing system concept - to both external & internal users, especially new and potential customer.

3\. Enabling IT-to-IT communication with customer.

4\. Documenting down business logic and functional specification to work with regional IT.

5\. Liaising IT projects with EMEA region colleagues, involving the headquarter and the other competence centres worldwide when needed.

6\. Carry out E2E testing between customers and production sites.

7\. Fine tuning the system setup and optimize the workflow and ordering process according to Customer requirements, both front and back end.

8\. Working with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA) answering queries and solving problems from users.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills who will be responsible for analysing both external as well as internal user requirements in various business areas, and offering solutions based on the systems and processes within SML framework and architecture.

Specific responsibilities include project implementation, process reengineering, co-ordinate fast track project activities with global and local teams.

Qualifications:

1\. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

2\. Strong English communication skills in both written and verbal. German and French language proficiency will also be very much appreciated

3\. Solid knowledge in SQL database

4\. Exposure to Service Bureau environment, RFID applications, Java programming and Web service data interchange is big plus

5\. Fluency in O365 applications

6\. Able to adapt in multicultural dynamic and agile environment

7\. Willing to travel
